Shania Twain won two year end #1 awards. She won for the biggest country album of the year for "Come On Over", and was named the 1999 #1 Hot AC Artist of the Year. 

Also, the decade end charts were also put in, and:

COO was the #3 album of the decade, behind the Bodyguard soundtrack and Jagged Little Pill.

Shania was the #12 Pop Artist of the Decade, but only #19 country for the decade.

"You're Still the One" was the #34 single of the 90's.

Billboard Music Awards data:

Album of the Year: 3rd -- behind winners Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears.

[Pop] Artist of the Year: 4thFemale of the year in pop: 2nd in singles, 2nd in albums, both to BMA winner Britney Spears.

The Divas album from her VH1 appearance finished #195 for the year.

#6 album artist of the year, #7 single artist of the year.
